5A Top Ten after Week 1

My top 5 remains the same - Three new teams in - My Dogs are out I hope they can get back in down the road.

#1 – Sherwood (1-0)
It was close, but they took out Skyview - Mountain View's 56-6 drubbing of Eagle Point make's the week 3 matchup all that much more interesting. Next up home game vs Putnam (1-0) who won 41-13 at Madison.

#2 – Mountain View (1-0)
They demolished an Eagle Point team we all thought would be pretty good - I don't think anyone anticipated 56-6 on the road - These guys are sooo legit, really the only reason I have them at #2 is because I want to see it on the score board - it will happen. Next up North Medford Black Tornados (0-1) who lost 64-14 vs Lakeridge.

#3 – Marist (1-0)
Tight 16-14 win over Corvallis who is PDG. Next up at Ashland (2-0) who won 46-20 vs 4A Klamath Union. Last years Ashland at Marist: http://humanhighlights.com/video/ashland-at-marist-0

#4 – Corvallis (0-1)
Despite the loss, no reason to drop them they played tough - Next week they play for the MWC championship at the Field of Dreams.

#5 - Crescent Valley (1-0)

#6 - Bend (1-0)
Broke in Lebanon's new turf with a 34-21 win, leading the whole way. Next up they have Jefferson (0-1) at home, they should take care of the Demos.

#7 - Silverton (1-0)
New to my top 10 - they will be good this year, just ask Springfield 46-14. Next up at Woodburn who will be no problem but they have CV at home week 3.

#8 - Wilsonville (1-0)
Another newbie with a 60-13 domination over TDW. Next up at Milwaukie (1-0) who won 6-0 over Cleveland but it cost them 3 QB's? ouch.

#9 - Willamette (1-0)
Yet another newb, they pasted the Rebs 67-38. They will take care of Springfield (0-1) who lost 46-14 to Silverton.

#10 - Lebanon (0-1)

Out: West Albany lost 41-14 to Thurston, Liberty lost 47-20 to Century, Eagle Point lost 56-6 to Mountain View.
